SysPIMP provides download csv file for all Disease-related integrated human mutated sequences. Currently, 35,497 mutated sequences were collected in SysPIMP. For downloading, please choose below links.
Tab-deliminated file contains 7 fields: IMS Entry Name, Mutated Sequence (Amino acid sequence), Mutation Type, Mutation Position, IHP Entry name, OMIM Terms, and Origins. Because of long length of certain amino acid sequences, we couldn't provide csv format. Mutation position information is provided only if mutation type is 'Point' including termination (Stop).
Fasta file contains IMS entry name and amino acid sequences.
